Jedn\u00e1 se o efektivn\u00ed ochrann\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zabr\u00e1n\u00ed tomu, abychom se c\u00edtili \u0161patn\u011b, pokud o n\u00e1s nepr\u00e1vem pacient mluv\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b nebo pokud d\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco, co se n\u00e1m nel\u00edb\u00ed. Ale pokud takov\u00e9mu pacientovi pom\u016f\u017eete, najednou zjist\u00edte, o jak mil\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka se ve skute\u010dnosti m\u016f\u017ee jednat. Tyto z\u00e1konitosti ale neplat\u00ed jen u l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, i kdy\u017e u nich jsou velmi v\u00fdrazn\u00e9, m\u00edt dobr\u00e9 vztahy na pracovi\u0161ti se vypl\u00e1c\u00ed v\u017edy a v\u0161ude. Za\u010d\u00edt to m\u016f\u017ee ji\u017e na pracovn\u00edm pohovoru.
